There are a variety of reasons why you may not be able to login.

*Two quick tips: First, always use the button (not the return key). Second, I personally find I sometimes have to enter my information a second time. This is usually due to a cacheing problem. (The computer thinks I'm logged in while the site says I'm not.) So always try those first.

1. Make sure you have the correct user ID and password. If you are unsure, write to us. We have found the auto password reset to be unreliable. We can never see your password, but are happy to reset it for you if you've forgotten it. 90% of the time (yes, really!) this is the problem.

2. Still having trouble logging in? Try a different browser. We particularly find Internet Explorer, AOL, and old computer systems are the most often problematic. If you're using Internet Explorer, try Firefox or Google Chrome (or visa versa). That often resolves the problem.

3. Are you using a firewall? You may need to set http://www.polkadotbanner.com as a safe site on your safe list.

4. Still no luck? Check your computer cookies, and delete any PolkaDotBanner cookies, then try again. Often what happens is your computer thinks your logged in, while our site disagrees. You need to clear your cache and/or cookies so the two can agree again.

5. Contact us! We will do all we can to resolve the problem!
